US Customers

On August 29, 2025 the US government removed the de minimis for incoming shipments. Previously shipments under $800 in value were able to enter the US duty-free and with minimal paperwork, while still clearing customs quickly. Now regardless of value, all commercial shipments are required to have exhaustive paperwork and pay all required duty, tariffs, and taxes.

Our experience is that unless an order ships with prepaid duty, tariffs, and taxes, the package will take 4 weeks minimum to clear customs, if it isn't sent back to us.

We are working with our shipping and customs partners to get everything set up to accept US orders and calculate the required customs charges directly on our website. Until that goes live, we ask that you submit your order via our Contact Us form and we will manually invoice your order.

In order to calculate the invoice, we will need the following information:

  • The product(s) you want to order and their quantities
  • Your prefered payment method (for security purposes, do NOT include your payment details in the email)
  • Your name and address
  • Your phone number (this is required by the courier in case they need to contact you about your shipment)

Included with the invoice will be a link where you can securely enter your payment information.

We apologize for any inconvienence this causes, and we hope these circumstances will soon change for the better.

Contact us to place an order.

Note for our Black Friday to Cyber Monday sale:

Because manual invoicing isn't as fast as live checkout, we will honour our 10% sale discount provided that we receive your order via our contact form during the sale (Friday, November 28, 2025 12:00 AM to Monday, December 1, 2025 11:59 PM EST) and payment is received by December 15, 2025.
