Currently, Moth and Beetle does not offer free shipping. However, our prices are set with shipping in mind! For the majority of orders, the total cost including shipping is generally lower than the total cost for comparable (equal-quality) items from companies that offer “free” shipping. We take pride in selling quality products at reasonable prices.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Moth and Beetle is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.
