Starting June 19, 2026 the European Union has mandated that online stores such as Moth and Beetle are required to provide a button that allows customers from the EU the right to withdraw from an online sale.
Also, on July 1, 2026 the European Union will end the duty-free entry of shipments valued under €150. All shipments face stricter requirements for entry into the EU.
Unfortunately we are unable to implement an automated solution directly on our website in time for these changes. We continue to work on ways to add the needed functionality, but it is still ongoing.
Therefore, live checkout on our website has been paused until we can add the required features. We are still accepting orders from the EU, but you will need to send us a message on our Contact Us page and we will manually calculate an invoice for you.
In order to calculate the invoice, we will need the following information:
- The product(s) you want to order and their quantities
- Your prefered payment method (for security purposes, do NOT include your payment details in the email)
- Your name and address
- Your phone number (this is required by the courier in case they need to contact you about your shipment)
Included with the invoice will be a link where you can securely enter your payment information.
