We offer flat-rate shipping with free shipping over a certain order subtotal. Please note that this does not at present apply to orders shipped to US destinations as we strive to meet all current customs requirements.

For shipments to destinations within Canada, the standard shipping charge is $9.95, with free shipping on orders at or above $120. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days once the package is dropped off at the courier) is $19.95, regardless of order value (free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping). These charges are in Canadian dollars.
For all other countries, except the USA, the standard shipping charge is $16.95, with free shipping on orders at or above $180. Expedited shipping (1-3 business days once the package is dropped off at the courier) is $31.95, regardless of order value (free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping). The charges above are listed in Canadian dollars.
While these shipping charges are listed and set up in Canadian dollars, they will be converted using current exchange rates into your preferred currency (as set in the top right of any web page). Your preferred currency is also the one in which you will pay.
We use a variety of couriers in order to provide the best experience for our customers. If you require a specific courier or shipping method, please let us know prior to ordering.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For orders with expedited shipping, we will attempt to process your order in 1 to 2 business days, but we cannot guarantee that timeline.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Moth and Beetle is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.
